Carol received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from San Diego State University in 1994. She received a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work with a concentration in Aging in 1997. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and has completed over 3,500 supervised hours. During her career as a LCSW, she has worked as a Behavioral Health Therapist at Sharp Mesa Vista & Scripps Mercy Hospital's Intensive Outpatient Programs and as a Geriatric Care Manager at Age Concerns. She also volunteered at Vitas Hospice & the Alzheimer's Association.

Carol decided to take time off from doing therapy after the birth of her first child and is not doing therapy at this time. She eventually plans to have her own private practice.

Carol was born in Poughkeepsie, New York. She grew up in San Jose, California and moved to San Diego in 1987. Carol is a wife and a mother of two. She currently resides in Carlsbad, California.

She was able to have natural births for both of her children using HypnoBirthing® techniques. Carol's many years of experience as a Clinical Therapist helps her bring an added level of understanding with her clients.
