What Happens in a Hyp-Yoga Class?

sunsetYour Hyp-Yoga Class will be relaxing, positive and successful, whether it is your first class or your hundredth.

Each Class will include:

A brief introduction and time for questions
Breathing exercises
A series of yoga poses and flows with positive hypnotic suggestions
A whole body relaxation into a deeper state of hypnosis

Positive hypnotic suggestions focused on helping you achieve goals and living a healthy, successful life

Hyp-Yoga Classes have been pre-scripted and pre-organized by Certified Professionals in both yoga, hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP). Carol Yeh-Garner is a Certified Hyp-Yoga Instructor and has gone through rigorous training in order to lead you through your practice effectively. Carol has been given tested and proven-effective materials to work with to best meet your needs and the needs of the class.

Hyp-Yoga Weight Loss Program


Hyp-Yoga offers a specialized 8-Week Weight Loss Program. This innovative class combines Yoga & Hypnosis to help one achieve weight loss goals through the practice of Yoga Postures, breath work for stress reduction, and bringing our mind to a heightened state of awareness so that we may create new healthy habits.

This program is ideal for people who would like to lose weight, people who have lost weight and are in the very tricky "maintenance" part of their weight loss journey, or individuals who simply want help living a healthy lifestyle.

The weight loss program consists of eight 90-minutes classes. In addition to a yoga practice and hypnosis session, the class also includes informational group discussions on weight loss topics such as emotional eating, how to fight food cravings, and the "science" behind losing weight. The group becomes a support system for each other and a safe place to discuss and work on food and health goals. Individuals can contribute as much or as little to discussion as is comfortable to them. Due to the group support aspect of the class, class size is limited to 8-10 participants.

The yoga portion of the weight loss class is taught similar to a "Yoga Flow for Every Body" class. The class utilizes rudimentary yoga postures & yoga flows. The use of props & modifications are taught & encouraged throughout the class so that the yoga poses will be accessible to individuals of all ages and fitness levels. No previous yoga experience is required.

waterfallHow Do I Sign Up for the Hyp-Yoga Weight Loss Program?

Private or semi-private Hyp-Yoga Weight Loss Series are taught by Carol Yeh-Garner, Certified Hyp-Yoga Instructor at her office in Encinitas located at 700 Garden View Ct. Ste 201-C, Encinitas, CA 92024.

New Students: $250 for the 8 week series (includes the DVD program, an audio CD, a nutritional guide, a yoga pose poster & a progress chart.)

Returning Students: $160 for the 8 week series.
