Today well lived makes yesterday a dream of happiness
and each tomorrow a vision of hope.

My dream is that every woman, everywhere, will know the joy of a safe, satisfying birth
for both her baby and herself — one she'll not need to forget.
~Marie Mongan, Founder of HypnoBirthing®

Carol became interested in HypnoBirthing® after seeing a story about it on television. She and her husband attended Sheri Menelli's class in 2003 prior to the birth of their first child.

She successfully gave birth to their son using HypnoBirthing® techniques in July 2003 at Scripps La Jolla Hospital. Her labor was five hours long and she pushed for 40 minutes without the need for any medication or interventions.

She used the techniques again in November 2005 when she gave birth to their daughter. Her labor was 90 minutes and she pushed three times.

Both of her experiences were so amazing & wonderful that she decided to share the experience with other women. So, she became a HypnoBirthing® Practitioner in 2007.

Peace... it does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work.
It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.
